Q. Does the aluminum patio cover rust?
A. No, steel rusts --- aluminum does not.
Q. Can the posts be easily dented?
A. Not usually. Although, the front and back side plates attached
to the post can be dented but, easily replaced if that happens.
Q. Is it as strong as wood?
A. It is much more durable. It won’t burn, crack, peel, or warp, like
wood.
Q. How is it attached to the house?
A. Your patio cover is anchored to your house wall and sealed and
flashed properly.
Q. How are the posts anchored to the ground?
A. The aluminum post bracket is anchored to concrete slab or
footing.
Q: Can you hang plants or shades from the cover?
A: If you add a wood insert inside the aluminum beam or rafter.
Q: Can I buy material so I may install myself?
A: Yes
Q: Do the covers only come in white?
A: No, we have 7 different colors see the Product

Q. Do I need a building permit?
A. Yes, you do and we will take care of the necessary paper work
for you?
Q. Do I need a permit for a freestanding cover?
A. Yes, you do. Whether the cover is attached or free standing a
permit is required.
Q. What is the warranty on our cover?
A. 10 years limited warranty against the paint from peeling,
cracking, or warping.
Q. How long will the project take?
A: We usually get material deliveries each week. Once material has
arrived at our showroom it will take 1 to 3 days installation
time depending on the size of the project.
Q: Does the solid cover come with a gutter?
A: Yes it has a gutter and Downspout
Q: Can the solid roof support a fan?
A: Yes the insulated roof has a fan beam channel to support a fan
Q: Can you stand on top of the patio cover? (for access to the second story)
